PDF reports, credit packs and AI usage are digital goods delivered instantly to your account. Once a report is delivered or credits are spent, purchases are final and non-refundable.

Preview before you pay
Every paid report shows a full free preview — the same chart on the web — before checkout. Please review it first; that preview is exactly what the PDF contains.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment fails you are not charged by us. If Razorpay captures an amount for an order we cannot settle, or you are verifiably double-charged for the same item, contact Support with the order reference — verified failures are refunded or reversed within 5–7 working days.
Credits
Prepaid credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, whether spent or unspent. Individual feature charges only debit after a successful result — failed AI calls and failed PDF renders never bill.
How to reach us
Use the Support button in the app, including the order reference from Account → Order history. We respond within two working days.
